Tip-up garage doors offer a simple, cost-effective and easy way to secure your garage door opening.
Since these doors open up into the drive way, they are ideal for homes with sufficient space.
Not only are they more cost-effective than Sectional Overhead doors, they are also cheaper to maintain and easier to replace in case of damage. Automation of tip-up doors is typically also cheaper.
Designed to accomodate even the most modest budgets, fibreglass doors are also perfect for the weather in Cape Town since they require no maintenance. These doors are also extremely light and are available in horizontal slat, raised-and-fielded block pattern and finished in a high gloss or natural woodgrain texture. Colours can be customized.
Sectional overhead and Tip-up Meranti doors are available in single, double, and caravan size. Non-standard size doors can be manufactured custom made.
Our Meranti doors are made from first grade Meranti. (no pine inserts). Tip-up doors are available in various patterns, namely, Vertical slat, horizontal slat, or diagonal (A- or V-shape). Two designs are available: Either 88 x 12mm tongue and groove slats, or the “broad slat”, 140 x 16mm.
In addition, sectional overhead doors are also available in raised and fielded panels (different designs in block pattern), as well as a studded (Gothic) design.

Aluzinc garage doors are manufactured from .56mm aluzinc steel which is highly heat and corrosion resistant, combining the properties of aluminium which renders increased durability, excellent heat resistance, and formability, and those of zinc which offers high heat resistance and excellent corrosion protection.
There is a choice of four standard colours availble, namely white, brown, bronze and charcoal. In addition, the door can be powder coated in any colour of your choice at an extra cost. We simply require a colour code.
